1. ADDRESSES TO WHICH WE SHIP

Duty-free delivery within the European Union .

In the United States we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US. Currently, we cannot ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

 

2. SHIPPING TIME

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours if the item is in stock.

unless otherwise noted on the product page. In the rare cases, there may be a slight delay in shipment and you do not receive your order within 14 business days, feel free to contact us at vomoebike@gmail.com.

For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.

 

3. SHIPPING COST

5. ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

If you haven't received the bike, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days.

Otherwise, after 3 working days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.
